Join us @ Oshawa Museum

Two women at a kitchen table drawing and colouring postcards with coloured pencils and craft supplies

Sunday, January 21, 1-3pm – Free.

Many Canadians feel a need to do something that is personal and meaningful to support Ukraine. This is why we go out into the community to share about Postcards to the Front and to facilitate postcard-writing workshops.

And that’s why we’re excited to be invited to Oshawa Museum where area residents can learn about this important global project and write messages of support and encouragement to Defenders of Ukraine.

Workshop participants will:

  • learn about the project and impacts of postcards at the front lines
  • be introduced to the Ukrainian alphabet, and practice writing some meaningful phrases in Ukrainian for use in writing messages of support
  • write postcards to Defenders.

Participation is Free. All ages welcome.

We provide postcards, writing and drawing tools, samples, and paper crafting supplies. Questions? Email us @ postcardstothefront.Canada@gmail.com.
