Ruslan Kurt, a Crimean-Ukrainian activist artist created the “Doors Through the Horrors of War” installation, showcasing doors damaged by Russian aggression, and representing the loss experienced by Ukrainians. The project aims to convey solidarity and the importance of supporting Ukraine in its fight for freedom.

Tridents & Tanks: Ukraine’s Struggle for Freedom
The Canadian Tank Museum in Oshawa will host the exhibit “Tridents & Tanks: Ukraine’s Struggle for Freedom” from August 28 to September 11, 2025. Highlighting Ukraine’s conflict, it features artist Ruslan Kurt’s “Doors of War” and encourages visitors to send postcards to Ukrainian defenders, fostering support and raising morale.
