Gearing up for Global Day of Action – February 24

Spent today meeting with members of Oshawa, Ontario, Ukrainian community. Postcards written for Ukraine’s Defenders. We joined the weekly Sunday rally at the Albert Street bridge over Hwy. 401. Shared the warmth of community and food. Talked about plans for the global Day of Action to support Ukraine: Saturday, February 24 @ 12noon at the Albert Street bridge, corner of Lviv Boulevard, Oshawa. Followed by warmth of community and refreshments, information, and postcard-writing at St. George Ukrainian Catholic Church. Mark your calendar!
